1. Who we are

Bundle MixMatch Builder is a Shopify app that lets merchants create mix-and-match product bundles with tiered discounts. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can request its deletion.

2. Data we collect

When you install Bundle MixMatch Builder we store the following data in order to operate the app:

• Shop domain — used to scope your bundles to your store.
• OAuth access token — a Shopify-issued offline token that lets the app manage discounts on your behalf.
• Bundle configuration — the names, product IDs, minimum quantities, and discount tiers you set up inside the app.
• Product metadata — product titles and image URLs fetched from your store, stored to display in the app UI and storefront widget.

We do not collect customer personal information.

3. How we use your data

• To render your bundle configuration in the app admin.
• To power the storefront widget that shows discount tiers to shoppers.
• To create and manage Shopify automatic discounts linked to your bundles.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

4. Data retention & deletion

When you uninstall Bundle MixMatch Builder, all your data (bundles, tiers, product associations, and OAuth tokens) is automatically and permanently deleted from our database within 48 hours.

You can also request manual deletion at any time by emailing dan@defyn.com.au. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.

5. Third-party services

The app is hosted on infrastructure that may process data on our behalf. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. No data is transferred outside the regions required to serve your store.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. To exercise any of these rights contact us at dan@defyn.com.au.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
